Honored to be attending the road dedication for Sheriff Joseph Lee Somerville. A humble public servant, who served with pride & love for St. Mary's County. 1st Black Deputy 1966, 1st Black Sheriff (MD) 1977 & 6th in the Country. So Proud to have called him friend. Forever etched in our rich history.
